Key Accounts Manager

  • Develop new relationship with Hospitals & Insurances
  • Build contacts with Physician, Social workers, DC planners, Case managers
  • Create a database of all source of referrals & maintain client records
  • Coordinate & work in cooperation Manager & Telemarketing person
  • Visit to all hospitals at least once in a month
  • Special attention to potential & loyal referral source hospitals
  • Generate Leads, Follow-up & Close them
  • Achieve & exceed given target
  • Submit weekly funnel
  • Present the market & competition activity report monthly
  • Promote BHHN


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • At least two years recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in home health care. 
  • Formal sales training. 
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
  • Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market. 
  • Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. 
  • The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
